hi, i have a modded xbox 360 but not the latest dashboard, and i want to buy a kinect that comes with kinect adventures, this game have an update, so if i updated, can i still play burned games, or i need to reflash it?? thanks

The new Xbox Dashboard from Last month is really horrible. It puts everything into small boxes and it literally forces me to look at Advertisements when I turn on my system. Is there anyway to change it? Or would that be considered hacking if I do that?
